Back to Berry Brave

Our privacy promise

We only ask for what we need. We never sell or share your info. And you’re free to leave anytime, no questions asked.

What we gently ask for

What we’ll never do

How we know the site is working

We use a tool called Vercel Speed Insights to see how quickly our pages load. It measures pages, not people: no cookies, no following you around the internet, no profile, and no way for us to tell who you were. If a page is slow, we want to fix it. That’s the whole reason it’s here.

Text messages

If you sign up with your phone number, we’ll text you a one-time verification code, plus occasional updates about Berry Brave. Never anything else. We never share your number with anyone. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Cookies

We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies, so there’s no banner to click away. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in for the few seconds between entering your code and finishing signup. Cloudflare, which runs the “are you human” check on the signup form, may set one of its own for the same purpose. Both are strictly necessary, and neither follows you anywhere.

Your choices, always

You can step away from any message with one tap. And you can ask us to delete your information whenever you’d like. Just email hello@berrybrave.ai. If you’re in the UK or EU, that covers your GDPR rights to see, correct, export or erase what we hold, and to withdraw consent: same email, no forms, and we’ll answer within a month. Berry Brave is a space for people 13 and older. See also our Terms & Conditions.

For parents, and people under 18

Berry Brave is a space for people 13 and older. If you’re under 18, we only ask for what we need, and we’ll never ask about your weight, calories, or what you ate. A parent or guardian can email us at hello@berrybrave.ai any time to see what we hold about their child, or to ask us to delete it. We’ll take care of it.

The podcast is separate

Everything above is about signing up for Berry Brave. Taking part in a Berry Brave podcast interview is its own thing, with its own consent form that you and a parent or guardian read and sign together. That form, not this page, explains how an interview is recorded and used, and how you can change your mind. When someone chooses to share their story on the podcast, we publish only what they’ve agreed to, in the way they’ve agreed to. That’s different from selling or sharing your information, which we never do.

If today feels hard
